Bruce holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. After college, he worked 33 years for the Indiana State Board of Accounts in various positions. In 1986, he was appointed Deputy State Examiner by Governor Robert Orr. After returning to work in the west-central Indiana area for a short stint, he became the Supervisor over Counties in the Indianapolis office. In 2005, Bruce received an appointment by Governor Mitch Daniels as State Examiner. He oversaw all aspects of the State Board of Accounts until his retirement at the end of 2013. He has been a CPA since 1986.
Upon leaving the Indiana State Board of Accounts, along with Mike Williams, he started this firm to assist clients with governmental accounting consulting and forensic accounting services.
Bruce and his wife Kim reside in Rockville, Indiana.
