Bruce A. Hartman, CPA, and Michael E. Williams, CPA (Retired), have both served the taxpayers of the State of Indiana with the State Board of Accounts.  Included in Bruce’s 33 years of employment with the SBOA were 12 years as County Supervisor, 4 years as Deputy State Examiner, and most recently, 8 years as State Examiner prior to retirement in 2013.  Mike also enjoyed 33 years tenure with that agency including 4 years as Deputy State Examiner and 17 years as Field Supervisor for west-central Indiana preceding retirement in 2010.
